****I CHALLENGE STORMTROOPER TO STOP POSTING INSULTS, AND ATTEMPTS TO DEFAME ME ON THE BOARDS AND SIMPLY ANSWER THE BELOW STATEMENTS THAT HAVE BEEN PUT TO HIM MULTIPLE TIMES ALREADY, AND REMAIN UNANSWERED POINTS, HERE, AND IN THE RESOLUTION.****
****HE HAS EVEN ADMITTED THAT HE IS GOING OUT OF HIS WAS TO "SPITE ME" IN "AS MANY WAYS AS POSSIBLE****
He is attempting to defame me by bumping old threads, that are half a year old, by posting in my threads that people should "never finalize" when he obviously referring to myself, and that he is in a terribly unjust situation with me, and that I am to blame for all of this.
******THUS I POLITELY ASK FOR A RETORT THE BELOW POINTS IN THE DEALING WITH HIM, IN WHICH HE HAS SCAMMED ME********
NB: *Excluding* the points put forward in adjudication, he has not answered the below points, nor other points that have been put forward to him, about a dozen times, in *3* threads *made by himself, that have backfired*. This will increase, and I will not bother to update the number, since he won't respond, and I will keep posting this. It is only fair that his attempts to defame me, should be seen as a malicious and spiteful attempt to exact some kind of revenge of the fact that he is scamming me, and it has gone to resolution, and it looks to be likely that he will lose (what should of been mine a long time ago anyway).

Also, THERE IS NOT A SINGLE SELLER ON HERE THAT WOULD BE STUPID ENOUGH TO PUT A VALID RETURN ADDRESS ON THEIR PACKAGE, so thus the item is lost. Why should I resend or refund him(!) because he did not receive the package, when it has (a) clearly been sent (b) said he would finalize (c) and the package arrived? It is now becoming clear that it seems as though he might of sent to an abandoned house, or someone else's house, and ***EXPECTS ME TO PICK UP HIS BILL*** because ***HE LOST IT***!!!
I will show the below part of the resolution discussion. He has given *no* answer to *any* of the points raised here. It is also easily shown that he agreed to finalize via the message logs, and also the item location was never lied to him about, in either listing, or message. These things (both) can be seen that he is lying about very very very easily, so I don't know why he continues to misrepresent them. I can show the message logs again (they are inside the resolution), but I think it's not really proper.
*****I CHALLENGE HIM TO RESPOND WITHOUT DODGING QUESTION, NOR INSULTING ME, NOR CHANGING THE SUBJECT (again for the 3 or 4th time)*****
1. I would like to ask you to look below at the post in which I describe the basic stones in which one should analyse this case, and any case.
2. I would like to point you to the clear, obvious, and easily viewed fact that he agreed to finalize, and did not, despite my *repeated* attempts to ask him to do so. Also, the fact that he lied about the fact he was homeless in a vain attempt to try to make me not do so, he is lying again and again. The logs below clearly show this was so, and cannot be edited, nor spun, nor twisted, and should be tantamount to already proving that he is not only lying, but that he should of given me my payment anyway. If that is not enough by itself, then I really don't know what is, however, to continue to put forward my case I will continue.
3. The fact he has lied, continually, without hesitation about the idea that I lied about the location of the origin country that the item was from. This can easily be seen to be false, as with the tools you have, the logs, messages and so forth. The fact that he has lied, should severely damage his case, and that he is so ready to do so.
4. The clear and concise fact is, regarding the package, that it should not of been RTS'd (Returned To Sender) so quickly, it was only in the USA for a matter of DAYS, not even a week! Why this is so, I have no idea, however one can easily put forward the fact that one cannot recall a package from outside the country of destination. A fact he will have trouble to disprove, that and the fact it was sent back so quickly.
5. The concrete fact, that by looking at the tracking log of the item (EBXXXXXXXXX) you will see, very easily, and without problem, that the item arrived to the destination country, AND the state that he is in!!! How I am supposed to recall an item within the time that it arrives from his local post office to his address is infallibly obvious to be impossible! The truth is that it was obviously sent, and arrived to his local area, at the very least! Most likely to him. I might also add, that no one in their right mind puts a valid return address, that would be foolish, however that seemingly is not in dispute.
6. His notion that "nothing can be proven" is also a complete lie, the facts above are plain, obvious, and clear to see and show the actual nature of this situation.
*7.* MY ACE IN THE HOLE: I cannot do this, because I'm outside the US, and cannot look this up (nor change it as I said already). However, I'm sure you can phone up USPS with the above tracking ID and ***SEE WHO CHANGED IT***. That should be enough for sure.
What can be proved is as follows:
A) He was asked, and completely agreed to finalize, he was asked for SEVERAL days after, and did not do so.
B) The packge was sent, and arrived to his local state and PO.
C) He lied about the origin country, and my statements.
We could compare feedback scores, and so forth, and see that I'm CLEARLY the winner in that catagory, but I'm not going to state we should, the above is more than enough.

I also know that you, being the impeccably cool cat who can be bothered to lead this kind of coordinated attack at my business, would never get mad at the same thing happening.
I think you would probably go sit in the sun, with a tequila sunrise or something, maybe after you got a tan, go back to what you do best: fucking with other people's business ;)

The blood is back from vacation and will be cleaning the Drama mill this week.
You 2 need to take the weekend off from each other and not post about either til I sieve thru this mess...I go on vacation and the gargoyles come out.
BY not following my request will result in a delete of all the threads involved and this pish posh piss fest will be over. All the posting will have been in vain.
